At UrbanSkins, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile accessories and excellent customer service.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• All original accessories and invoices are included.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
• Products without original packaging.
• Screen protectors after installation.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever comes first.
